The R-30iB Plus controller provides a significant improvement in performance and capability with a Main CPU card, new Main board, increased memory, standard Gigabit Ethernet support, and a High Speed Digital Camera Interface that is four times faster than the previous controller.
· The high speed R-30iB Plus iPendant is over two times faster than the R-30iB iPendant. The more responsive touch screen makes good use of the new interactive displays and has twice the display resolution. All of this, while maintaining the same familiar-factor that veteran users have come to appreciate. Subtle, but important enhancements have been made to the status displays and function keys to make it easier to view status messages and select available functions.
· The improved controller processor performance allows iRVision to run faster.
· A 4 ms motion interpolation time for new robot models using the R-30iB Plus controller, will provide for enhanced triggering accuracy, smooth motion, and improved cycle time.
· This high performance controller greatly enhances Triggering accuracy for High Speed applications such as Stitch sealing.
· Using a conveyor driven by a FANUC motor, High Accuracy Tracking can be achieved during high speed conveyor acceleration and deceleration.
