Onsite Omron FQ2-S25100N vision sensor test.
Vision sensor producing filtering, position compensation, date precence and cap inspection and also checking for carton "ears" deffect at the same time.
It was one-day project, that included visiting client production line, installation of camera and triggering optic sensor using temporary mounts, adjustments of sensor's parameters and setting instruments for quality control and finally demonstration of working inspection system

The FH-series Vision System provides higher speed and precision for Machine cycle time and is loaded with all of the performance required to move Machines quickly and at high precision into a compact Controller for embedding into Machine.
